Jasper Elopement Locations
If you’re dreaming of eloping in Jasper you picked really well. Some of my aboslute favorite spots in the Canadian Rockies are my Jasper Elopement Locations.
While places like Pyramid Lake and Maligne Canyon are absolutely stunning, they can also get busy. If you’re looking for something a little quieter, more intimate, and just off the beaten path, this one’s for you.
1. Horseshoe Lake Cliffs (One of my personal favorites!)
A short walk through the forest opens up to gorgeous cliffside views over turquoise water. It’s peaceful, dramatic, and so underrated. Plus, you can jump off the cliffs!
2. Lake Edith
Close to town and brings mountain views, calm water, and the softest light in the early morning or during golden hour for the intimate, romantic feel.
3. Old Fort Point Summit
If you’re up for a short hike, this spot brings stunning views. With panoramic views of Jasper, the Athabasca River, and the surrounding peaks, this can be the perfect spot for a sunrise ceremony with just the two of you (and maybe a curious mountain goat or two!).
4. Lac Beauvert
Tucked right beside Jasper Park Lodge, this spot brings emerald waters and jaw-dropping mountain views, perfect for private vows along the shore.
5. Whistler’s Mountain
If you’re up for some adventure and want to feel on top of the world, take the Jasper SkyTram to the top of Whistler’s Mountain to say “I do”!
