I love when I get to photograph a day that blends gorgeous landscapes, adventure and deeply personal touches all together. That’s exactly what T & C’s Jasper elopement was. It was a day filled with cozy memories, wild adventure, and meaningful stops that told the story of their love.

T & C’s Jasper Elopement day began the way most of their mornings do… with coffee. We met at Bear’s Paw Bakery, one of Jasper’s iconic spots, where the smell of fresh cinnamon buns and coffee brought us to life. T & C wanted to start their wedding morning relaxed and intentional, and sipping coffee side by side set the tone for the rest of their day. From there they got ready together. No stress, no rush, just the two of them preparing for a day they’d never forget.

Saying “I Do” at Horseshoe Lake

Once dressed, we made our way to Horseshoe Lake, a hidden gem in Jasper with stunning turquoise water framed by cliffs often used for cliff-jumping. It was the perfect place for their ceremony — intimate, secluded, and breathtakingly beautiful.

A Lunch Date with History

After drying off and warming up, we headed into town for a special stop with meaning to T & C: Jasper Pizza Place. A lunch spot that they frequented often throughout their relationship. Sharing pizza at their favorite place after promising forever to each other felt like the sweetest full-circle moment.

Canoeing on Pyramid Lake

As the afternoon light softened, we made our way to Pyramid Lake, one of Jasper’s most iconic and romantic lakes. T & C paddled out across the calm waters, surrounded by mountains that seemed to stand witness to their love story. The water was still, the sun was golden, and the joy between them was impossible to miss. It was the perfect way to close their adventure-filled wedding day.
